How quickly can care begin?
In most cases we can complete an in-home assessment and start care within 24 to 48 hours, including same-week starts after a hospital or rehab discharge.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Companion and personal care visits start at four hours. Skilled nursing visits are scheduled based on your physician's orders, and live-in or 24-hour care is available.
Are your caregivers screened and insured?
Yes. Every team member passes a Level 2 background check, drug screening and license verification, and is covered by our liability insurance and bonding.
What if my loved one doesn't click with their caregiver?
Just let us know. Your care coordinator will introduce a new caregiver at no cost. A good match matters as much as good skills.
