Our story
It started with one nurse and a promise to pick up the phone.
Our founder, Linda Harper, RN, spent fifteen years as a hospital discharge nurse. Again and again she watched patients go home with a stack of instructions and nobody to help them follow through. In 2009 she started Sample Home Health from her kitchen table in Brandon with a simple goal: make sure no family has to figure it out alone.
Today we're a team of more than 350 nurses, aides and companions — but we still run like that first day. A Registered Nurse oversees every care plan, a real person answers the phone around the clock, and we treat every home we walk into with the same respect we'd want for our own parents.
